"I sometimes wonder why Black Metal has not sparked more crazy stuff like this. If there is a musical genre that was destined from the heart to accept no limitations or restrictions it is Black Metal. But while most bands seem to follow a strict rule book, the real gems are to be found in the underground. Again.
This is a split single with Psuchagōgoi, a solo Dungeon Black Metal band formed by Kryptorgeist. “Shroud Of Sorrows” by Opium Grave digs deeper in unknown Territory with its mix of sped up Dark Wave and simple synth melodies that haunt the listener. More than nine minutes of reverb madness and demo drums, exactly what the doctor ordered for me!
